ACTUALLY MEANS.
A roof isn't a product. It's a system — decking, underlayment, ice & water shield, drip edge, flashing, ventilation, shingles. A reroof is only as good as its weakest layer, and the layers you can't see from the curb (the underlayment, the flashing, the ventilation balance) are usually the ones that decide whether the roof lasts 18 years or 30.
Every Double A reroof starts with a full tear-off. We don't lay shingle on shingle to save you a few hundred dollars and burn five years off the roof's life. We strip to deck, replace anything compromised, and rebuild the system from underlayment up.
You get one bid, line-item, with photos. The price we quote is the price you pay. The warranty is 30 years on workmanship and lifetime on materials, and both transfer when you sell.

PROCESS
How we
Do It.

PRE-BID WALK
We walk the roof, checks the attic, photographs everything, and writes notes. About 45 minutes on most homes.

COLOR & MATERIAL
We bring sample boards. Pick a shingle line and color in the driveway, with the actual house behind it. No showroom guessing.

WRITTEN BID
Within 48 hours of inspection. Line-item, no "miscellaneous." The price is the price — no change orders unless you ask for one.

SCHEDULE
Most reroofs land 2–4 weeks out. We hold rain dates and call you the morning of if weather looks unworkable.

MATERIAL DROP
Materials arrive the day before install. Crew arrives early the next morning. Start to finish, most homes are 1–3 days.

TEAR-OFF
Strip to deck. Inspect every square foot of sheathing. Replace what's soft, rotted, or out-of-spec. You see photos of any decking we replace.
07
INSTALL
Underlayment, ice & water shield, drip edge, flashing, shingles, ridge cap, vents. In that order. No skipped layers, no shortcuts.

CLEANUP & WALK
Magnetic sweep around the perimeter, debris hauled the same day. Final walkthrough with the owner before we leave the driveway.
